Patrick Terminals Public Tariff Increase

Patrick Terminals has announced their revised annual Landside tariff which includes a further increase in landside Infrastructure Surcharges / Terminal Access Charges nationally, the re-introduction of a side-loader fee and the introduction of a ‘long vehicle fee’, effective 01 March 2021.

 

In their public notice to customers, Patrick Terminals explains that “The Landside charge recovers a portion of the full costs associated with providing Patrick’s landside operations and is essential to enable Patrick to continue to provide our customers with superior and efficient landside service levels”.

 

Patrick terminals is investing over 70 million over the course of 2021 to deliver an on-going improvement in landside service levels to the benefit of its customers. Following the already 80 million invested in 2020 by the company.

 

As of 01 March 2021, Patrick Terminals will impose the following charges on those entering and exiting their terminals:

 

Import Containers:

* Sydney $117.85 per full container

* Fisherman Islands $113.20 per full container

* East Swanson Dock $129.50 per full container

* Fremantle $53.85 per full container

 

 

Export Containers:

* Sydney $84.90 per full container

* Fisherman Islands $84.90 per full container

* East Swanson Dock $84.90 per full container

* Fremantle $26.92 per full container

The Landside charge will be applied to both road and rail transport operators for all full container movements, both import and export, made at the Terminals. Road operators will be invoiced electronically via 1-Stop while rail operators will have the charge separately itemised on their rail invoice.
