We are currently seeking a Junior Data Entry Operator to join our growing sales & operations department.
Responsibilities
- Management and review of key supplier performance files
- Maintenance and continual updates of the shared file
- Keeping shared drives up to date
- Creditor invoices and data entry
- Creditor statement management
- Cost analysis and reporting
- Administrative support to the teams
- Team meeting minutes
About you
- Attention to detail and accuracy of data entry is key for this role
- Excellence in Excel and pivot function
- Proactive attitude with the ability to think outside the box
