About the role
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing team. You will work alongside a team of Operators dealing with imports & exports for air freight, sea freight and domestic transport shipments. Our mission as a company is to do things differently. Here at TGL, we believe that training, mentoring, and motivating our staff is key to success. The role is dynamic, and no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the imports and exports (via all transport modes) for a set of clients
- Handling all elements of the shipments, from origin, to customs, to arriving at the end destination
- Weekly client status reports
- Communicating between the origin and destination and keeping everyone up to date on shipment progress

Skills and experience
